What I did today.
I’ve just finished installing the Windows 10 operating system on VM. I created a network diagram to illustrate the differences between two networks. Following that, I installed a router ISO on VirtualBox Manager and configured the necessary settings. To keep track of my progress, I used OS Ticket. I’m gaining a better understanding of the process with each passing day as I continue to learn the steps.
What I Did Today
Today I started out with some job postings for the students. After that, I made my weekly contributions to the CTP Event playlist, and then transitioned to the Social Media project. I have to admit that I’m really struggling with the latter, I look forward to meeting with Carrie tomorrow to get some guidance, among other things. I was still fairly productive today, just… not as much as I would prefer.
9/10/24 What I Did Today
Today I typed 41 WPM with one mistake. I am happy with this. Marc walked us through the instructions for the Accountability assignment on Conflict in the Workplace. I also worked on my portfolio. I think it has been dramatically improved since yesterday. My background on the slides now has more of a celebrative theme. I tried to add a background music sound track and succeeded. I believe this background music will immerse those watching the portfolio more into the impact I am trying to create with my portfolio. The problem is the volume of the song. I can turn down the volume on my computer but that will not turn down the volume of the presentation for the others viewing my portfolio. I understand that I will be recorded narrating the portfolio. But I may have come up with a creative solution. I could play the background music at a low volume on my cell phone while my narration is being recorded! But I will first have to ask Marc if that would be acceptable for the portfolio.
What I did today.
I continued to work on my elective project. It’s a spreadsheet, which is a big challenge for me. I’m getting it done though. I enjoy the class and am hoping to complete it successfully. I enjoy seeing and hearing from the other participants. I am hoping that I will get a job soon. The instructors are amazingly skilled and teach very well.
Today in PRO
Today in PRO, I was a little confused about what I was doing. I decided to work on yesterday’s assignment and finish it up. After completing that I went on to answer questions in the elective that I chose for today. The topic was the job that I want to do, which is a SUD counselor, helping addicts recover from their addictions.
What I did Today!
Today I got to finish my elective. I also learned how to add zoom to my extensions. I got to work on my accountability assignment.
