Friday, May 17

Hello. Employment services challenge me to search my past for skills and answers as well as try to imagine a different future. I worked on my interview questions and responded to the question asked about a challenge I faced in a work environment. Employment Services never disappoints to make me think.

What I Did Today

Today we learned about the STAR method for interview questions. I am interested in trying to apply it next time I work on interview questions because I excel with structured methods like that. Then we worked on our resumes and finished by practicing behavioral interview questions out loud as a class. I think I need to practice my storytelling for interview questions that require referring to a situation that happened in the past.

What I Did Today

I posted great Hybrid/Remote job positions on CTP job board. I had an opportunity to work on the Music Project for the first time today, I enjoyed this assignment because I realized I don’t listen to music that often and how much I missed it.
