Hello. Today our class practiced different roles making calls using the 3CX phone system. Gradually the calls became easier. Mike recorded my audio reading of my core training portfolio. I hope it goes well. I worked on customer service responses.

What I Did Today

Today we practiced our typing and then practiced using phone systems. I really enjoyed the phone systems lab as we got to split into groups and practice together. It was fun following a script and playing a role. The role of the employee was the hardest of the three because the employee was responsible for putting the caller on hold and handling the call transferring. It felt like good practice getting used to the different buttons and learning how to use extensions. I also learned how to use the group chat feature. Finally we worked on written customer service responses. Looking forward to more practice in the future.

What I Did Today

I started the day with my job listings, I was able to complete four! Then I worked on the Second Chance Research for a while and went through many counties in Northern California. After that I worked on the Emergency Food and Grocery list, adding some more sources and ensuring it was organized in a way that made sense.

What I Did Today

Today I did some practice with the 3CX phone app. I feel like it went very well and I’m still learning new information on how to use it. I also practiced on some written customer responses. I learned how to respond to customer feedback and complaints. Overall, I felt it was a productive day.

What I did today

I started my day practicing my typing skills. The class practiced 3CX phone systems customer service scripts. We answered phone and transferred calls using different types We took turns practicing and roll playing with scripting from Proctp. I worked on my Rose Bud Thorn assignment. I worked on my accountability assignment. I clocked in and out today like a Professional. Today was a very good day!

What I Did Today

Today, I started with some job postings for the students, and then transitioned into adding songs to the CTP playlist. After that, I attempted to get more work done on the ERG Outreach project, but it’s still very slow going. These ERGs REALLY don’t like providing methods to contact them! That being said, dealing with frustration and keeping at it is a professional skill, so I can’t say I’m not learning something 🙂
