What I did today

What I Did Today
Today I discovered that I wasn’t able to log in to LinkedIn, and that my entire LinkedIn profile seems to be missing! I spent the first hour or so trying to figure out what was going on and looking into support avenues, but it looked like I would have to wait until my login attempts reset to get support. Next, I asked Carrie for a new task, and she had me create a template Sheets document to help AWEX participants monitor their typing speed. I spent a long time in Google Sheets trying to get the formulas to work how I wanted, and that ended up taking most of my day. I also wrote instructions on how to use it, and tried to color code it to make it easy to understand. The stats page even updates dynamically as you enter data. Jose helped me with feedback and bouncing ideas around. I’m happy with how it turned out, however I noticed I kept getting way too fixated on it, losing track of time, and not being attentive to Zoom or other communication channels. I think I need to work on pulling myself back from getting too carried away sometimes, as I think it’s a bad habit and I can end up wasting a lot of time.
