A candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests/aiding them with check in, taking initiative to address customer complaints/inquiries, and collaborating with team members to meet customer needs. Today was a great day! I learned about the new focusing tool and looking forward to examining it further.

I posted a few good jobs, job fairs, and resources on the CTP job board. I also worked on the ERG Research Project connecting with businesses for a possible ERG collaboration with CTP.

Today, I have begun drafting my Core training portfolio, focusing on documenting my skills, experiences, and achievements throughout the CTP training program.
8/5/24 What I Did Today
Today was orientation for Customer Service Pro. I completed the review quiz at the end and submitted it. I submitted my Skillsoft assignment on the topic of Negotiating. I practiced my typing on a three-minute test and typed 34 words a minute. I learned how to respond to the class invite on Goggle calendar. I also set up reminders on my Goggle calendar for upcoming assignments that will be due.

Today was the first day back from a week break. I touched up on my typing skills. Then, I reviewed my accountability assignment and core monthly email assignment. I feel like today was productive in getting back on track with daily procedures.

Today we did our normal typing exercises. It seems that I have not had much advancement in typing speed. Throughout the rest of the day, we were working on Accountability assignments, skill soft, and Khan Academy research.

Today I worked on skillsoft. I learned how to setup reminders in my calendar. I got to work on my accountability assignment.

Today we went over orientation for the core courses. I then worked on Skillsoft for the middle hour of the class day. I also received the template for my portfolio to work on, which I worked on for the last part of class.

Today, I installed and set up extensions from the Chrome Web Store. I created a WordPress account and wrote this post to test the platform’s posting feature. Additionally, I set up accounts on Homebase, WordPress, Slack, and ChatGPT. Overall, it was a productive day of getting the essential tools ready for my new job.
