9/25/24 What I Did Today

I monkey-typed 37 WPM with a 92% accuracy. I was disappointed in my performance. I was hoping to be consistent at 40 WPM. I also had some practice with warm calls. Everyone seemed to know what to do. I neglected to read the instructions at the beginning that described exactly what to do. I finished the day with providing professional e-mail responses to customers at Sunshine Express. I thought I did a pretty good job in my responses. Though the one addressing the mixed-up order I spent a lot of time on. I needed more details as to what items in addition to the problem with the coffee were mishandled.

What I did today.

I worked on phone calls with Anna and Fred, What a great time that was. I completed today’s assignments. Learned a lot from Jose and Marc. Feeling good about my progress and effort. Compliments to Stacey for the conference call.

What I did Today

Today started with practicing my typing. We then went on to practice our customer service with 3cx phone systems. After this, I recorded the audio for my Core Services portfolio. For the last part of the day I worked on the Rose, Bud, Thorn exercise.
