Today I started out with some job postings for the students. After I met with my DoR rep, who informed me this might NOT be my last day, and that I may be able to finish the hours of my last AWEX period at a future date. Hooray! I spent the rest of the day contacting companies for our ERG Outreach project, totaling five. I’m happy with what I’ve contributed so far, and look forward to being able to contribute more in the near future!
What I did Today
Today I started by presenting my tech article for the week. We then practiced our customer service interactions and the best ways to deal with customer complaints. Then it was time for the end-of-month celebration.

What I Did Today
Today I worked on job postings for the CTP skill center page for the first hour or so. It actually took me awhile to find the first decent listing, and I was generally slower to get the posts done than usual. Then I was able to focus on the new task I was assigned yesterday, which was ERG research. Primarily, I was looking at entries on the spreadsheet and filling in a link to a contact form or general inquiry email for the company, but many companies don’t list general contacts besides customer service contacts. Sometimes I could find a partnership email with additional research, but usually I would just continue down the list. As I got further in the list and further in my day, it seemed to be easier to find contact forms with the newer entries. I was able to get my questions answered in the Telegram chat as usual, so in general things went fairly smoothly.
What I Did Today
Today was primarily spent on Outreach for the Disability ERG spreadsheet. Though that was after finding three job listings in my first hour.
