What I did today

Today I started by practicing my typing skills. I then moved on and we presented our weekly tech articles. I then worked on the BerkMart project for a while until we worked on not taking techniques to make ourselves better at keeping notes.

What I did today

Today I worked on my typing, and then we went over different ways people take notes off of a presentation. I at first used talk-to-speech off Google Docs to record the presentation, It worked, although, after the presentation, the wording did not really make much sense. Then on the next presentation I used the snapshots feature then sent them through email one by one. I still need to learn how to gather pictures and compress them into a PDF.

What I Did Today

Today I added my finishing touches to the event project. I was able to review and adapt to the Merging technique that we learned a couple weeks ago to create the name tags for extra credit. Afterwards, we practiced effective note taking skills. I feel like it is important to take notes to retain and review information.

What I did today

Today, I presented my tech article on the Pixel 9’s ‘Add Me’ feature, which allows users to seamlessly insert themselves into group photos even when they weren’t originally there, showcasing Google’s ongoing innovation in blending reality with digital enhancements. Additionally, we engaged in productive discussions on effective note-taking strategies.

8/8/24 What I did Today

I typed only 31 W.P.M. I notice once I make a mistake I panic and I will try to quickly correct it. But usually, I will make another mistake. Then I get nervous and make another mistake. I wonder if I would be better off not going back and correcting a mistake. When I backspace I will not go back far enough or erase a correct letter. I lose about ten seconds sometimes trying to correct my mistake! I also learned that as a note taker, I am both visual and read and write. I also completed the Berk mart event. But I want to now do the extra credit work making the badges. That is something I always wanted to learn to do.
