Today I learned how to create a WordPress bio. Once I got going on it, I found it easy. Afterwards I worked on the accountability assignment for this week. The only thing I found challenging was coming up with a product to pitch. I finally decided on an anti-gravity phone case that prevents a phone from falling when dropped. Once I figured out what I wanted to do, it was easy from there. Afterwards, I landed some finishing touches on my core training portfolio.

8/16/24 What I Did Today
I worked on improving some of my answers to the mock interview questions. I could not anticipate the question fast enough regarding how do I prioritize my work. I was stumbling all over the place looking for the answer. Just saying that which has greater importance I focus on first was not enough. I needed to say HOW I prioritize. Finally Chistina gave me a really helpful answer. She interjected the use of the calendar. And that is something I do. When assignments are coming up I highlight them in yellow. When they are due the next day in a bright orange. And the day they are due I highlight them in red.
What I Did Today
Today I continued to work on my professional documents (Linkdin, resume, cover letter, etc. ) As a class, we went over potential workplace conflicts. This was very helpful because you never know when conflicts will occur being that they are inevitable regardless of circumstances. In other words, expect the unexpected. Later, I did some research on Mechanics Bank. I found there was a lot of helpful information so I feel confident for our up in coming mock interviews. Lastly, we did some more interview practice. I feel more improved each and every time we do this. In conclusion, I feel like today was very productive.

We read a story where there was conflict, then we answered a few questions pertaining to the stories as to what other ways the conflicts could have been resolved and who was at fault. It gave perspective as to all sides of the story. After, we worked on our interview questions.
