I finished my resume. Did some role-playing as a potential employee for Beneficial Bank. practiced answers to questions that I might be potentially asked. I felt a little frustrated and challenged more than before.
What I Did Today
Today, we researched Beneficial State Bank as a class in preparation for mock interviews next week. I think it was helpful to understand the company’s values because it ties my interview answers to the specific job I would be practicing an interview with. I had time to work more on my interview written responses and notes, including ideas for questions to ask the interview, with help from classmates. We ended by practicing interview questions as a group and I am feeling much more confident about the interview process after many weeks of training.
