As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in attracting potential customers by effectively addressing product and service inquiries, while suggesting additional offerings to meet their needs and increase sales margins. Your responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage long-term loyalty. You will build and maintain trusting relationships through open and engaging communication, meet individual and team sales goals, and accurately handle confidential payment and contact information. Additionally, you will confidently answer questions regarding warranties or terms of sale, promote current deals, and participate in meetings with the customer service and sales management teams to maintain a high standard of service.
M-F, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $42,000 to $52,000 a year.
