What I Did Today
We went over the challenge from yesterday. I did ok. I learned a few more things on Google sheets, the division sign. And a few other things. We also practiced on the 3CX system again. It was fun.
What I Did Today
I posted jobs on the CTP job board. I worked on the ERG project, updated some missing notes, and sent out an email for a possible collaboration with Southwest Airlines, I was able to find the Disability Leader of ERG Matt Thome’s email address through some research.
What I did Today?
I had a good day. I completed my independent challenge. I did better than the first two times. But I have work to do in doing sheets. So my next couple of skillsoft exercises will be in Sheets. Once I get the sheets done, I will be right where I want to be. I will be more successful. I practiced phoning others in the class, just a little phone 3CX practice.
What I Did Today
Today I checked in about the independent check-in from yesterday and had a chance to give my feedback. Then we had a chance to work on the 3CX phone system to practice calls and transferring. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and technical difficulties, we didn’t get much time to practice, but I think I understand it better now since we had a review beforehand.
