What I Did Today.

Today, I practiced using CTP’s ticket system and created a ticket while setting up the Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) to connect to a computer in CTP’s data center. There was a lot to remember, so I took it step by step. It will take some time to get used to the process, but repeating it a few times should help solidify the learning.
