I responded to customers in written form. I made, received and transferred calls. Awesome day today. Gog bless everyone……

Today I worked on typing skills for the first part of the day, then transitioned to working on phone skills on 3cx, and lastly, I worked on customer service written responses for the rest of the day.

Today was another good day. I completed my typing assignment and I worked on various other tasks. My phone assignment was a little complicated but at the end of the day, it was not very hard I just needed to practice the steps needed to do the assignment. I worked on the Power of wellness communication. I like the Portfolio assignment.

I added a few Job Fair events to the CTP job board. I worked on the ERG Research Project. I also met with Carrie for my weekly check-in. I met with Carrie and Austin regarding the Dress For Success Project we worked on.

Today I learned how to make phonc calls on the 3X website, and I learned to to transfer, and send to voicemail. I also got to learn how to reply with messages.

Today I started out with some job postings for the students. After meeting with Carrie, Lena and I went about working on the notes we got for the Dress for Success project. I standardized all of the fonts and letter sizes, and moved text that was too close to the title, as well as splitting a problematic slide in two. Looking forward to getting more work done on Monday!

Today I did some more practice with the phone 3cx system. I feel like I’m improving which is a good thing. The more I practice the more I improve.

I worked some more on 3CX. Getting better at it. Then worked on written customer responses. I’m starting to learn about good responses to email customer questions.
