What I did this week

– Dismal week for skillsoft But! I now have a regular coworking appointment about it.
– Lab was so incredibly fun
— html
— ssh remote control of a VM
— website feature design
— familiarity with a terminal (I haven’t intentionally opened one in about 4 years)
– EMP
— I have become newly overwhelmed by the whole resume deal but did start again on a new template
— followup emails (I’ve saved the templates to my CTP masterdoc)
— Followed up on a volunteer opportunity that keeps slipping through my fingers and I have a plan to actually go tonight! Very proud of this.
— “where do I see myself in 5 years?” such an annoyingly general question but I think maybe a good plan of attack is Skills And Environment And Project. What skills do I want to grow? Who do I want to find around me? (optional) What world or society or technology problem do I want to be working on?
– Rate of forgetting to clock out is decreasing I think.

What I Did Today

I worked on sprucing up my resume using Chat gpt for the first time.

I practiced interview questions.

I did a mock follow up email and/or phone call so that when I am actually interviewing I will understand the process of following up with the hiring manager.

What I did today

I continued transferring information on food resources to a document to be utilized on a webpage. I converted hyperlinks into a link that could be read by a screen reader in case the person was blind. Quite an interesting day I might say. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I enjoy working with a computer , by the way.

What I did today.

I posted 3 jobs I hope will positively impact someone’s life. WordPress was acting up today so I’m doing this on a Doc for later. I very thoroughly entered data from a spreadsheet to food resource list. It is a county-by-county list of food resources. You don’t hear every day that you are making resources known to most of the state. Learning to stay busy because time goes by faster. Have a blessed day.
