Tilli Accounting Services is looking for a remote Online Client Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience with their accounting services. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $19.79 – $23.83 per hour.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with onboarding and using the accounting software
- Providing clients with information regarding their accounts and finances
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs
- Maintaining records of client interactions and service requests
- Identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience in customer service (preferably in finance or accounting), excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate must also be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
