On-Site Customer Service Representative (Sharecare, In person, Full time, San Jose, CA.)

As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing caller needs, questions, and concerns while delivering prompt and effective resolutions. You will work to maintain and restore customer satisfaction through problem analysis and adherence to standard protocols, collaborating with other teams when necessary. In this role, you will proactively educate callers on program benefits, provide accurate information about Sharecare services, and escalate and follow up on complex issues as needed. You will also be expected to meet or exceed call center performance metrics, maintain high attendance and quality standards, and use computer tools to accurately process and document information. Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to adapt communication styles are essential for success in this role.

Listed pay is $21 an hour.
