Office Manager (PT into FT, On-Site, Sacramento)

American Guardian Home Health Inc is seeking a candidate to join their team as an office manager. They want someone who can learn and manage the patient intake process, including gathering documents and verifying information, as well as maintain accurate records in their electronic system, assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining patient files, support the team with document preparation, oversee day-to-day office operations, schedule appointments, answer calls, coordinate communications, maintain and order office supplies, ensure all paperwork meets standards, assist in preparing reports, and attend training and work closely with administrative staff. They want someone who has strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. The pay rate is $21 / hr.
