Lockehouse Retail Group is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. They are looking for someone to provide administrative support, answer and redirect phone calls, handle emails, manage and maintain office supplies, assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation, maintain physical and electronic filing system, assist with data entry and record keeping, and perform general office tasks. They want someone with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, and has knowledge of office management systems and procedures. The pay rate ranges from $25 – $30 / hr.
