Knighted Ventures is the largest provider of Third-Party Player Proposition Services for the California card room industry. They are seeking an office administrator to manage tasks such as meeting and travel coordination, handling phone and email correspondence, sorting mail, keeping office inventory, supporting administrative overflow, engaging with all levels of the organization, co-managing new hire onboarding, providing recruitment support, scheduling interviews, and supporting coordination of company events. They want someone with strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and positive attitude, a willingness to learn, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite, experience with spreadsheets, and availability to work some weekends. The salary range is $58,000 – $68,000 / yr.
