Office Administrator (Full-Time, On-Site, San Jose)

Drysdale Insurance Services is a real estate agency looking to hire an office administrator to join their team in their San Jose location. They are looking for someone to manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email, operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, provide clerical support, prepare reports, memos, and correspondence, maintain a clean and organized office environment, support the real estate agents and the office manager on a daily basis, and assist in recruiting and onboarding. They want someone who has experience in office administration, strong organizational skills, an ability to prioritize tasks effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliability, and an ability to work both independently and as a team. The pay rate ranges from $20 – $24 / hr.
