They are looking for someone to do essential functions such as processing new jobs that come in and creating new folders, updating multiple job programs with regular project status reports, scheduling, organizing and disseminating information, collections, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, and communicating with clients, team members, and outside vendors. They want someone with a professional demeanor who has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is technically savvy, has experience with QuickBooks Online, has experience with Microsoft Office, has a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is able to work under pressure, is a self-starter, is a team player, and has strong time management skills. The pay rate ranges from $18 – $22 / hr.
