As a Night Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift, promptly responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism. You’ll ensure the security of guest information, adhere to credit card and cash handling policies, and follow all safety and emergency procedures. The role requires physical stamina for tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and occasional lifting. Additionally, you may assist other departments like housekeeping and conduct inspections of hotel grounds, ensuring smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction.
Overnight shift, weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $19-$22 an hour.
