This is a Full-time Member Service Representative Bilingual Spanish Hybrid/Remote position in South San Francisco. Spanish speaking is required. You will communicate with members to clearly explain HPSM.s benefits. You will update the customer’s records and document phone logs in HPSM’s computer system.
