Qualifications
- One to three (1-3) years of related customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Proficiency and aptitude in the use of computer information systems with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Proficiency in the use of phone systems
- Ability to accurately type a minimum of 40 WPM
