Provide timely and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat, addressing booking questions, service requests, and other concerns. Assist with reservations, provide information about amenities, and offer suggestions to enhance the guest experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues, working with other departments to find effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and inquiries to ensure seamless communication. Foster a positive guest experience by maintaining the Pentagoet Inn brand voice and tone in all communication. Multitask effectively, handling multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate with customer service and front desk teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery. Stay informed about promotions, events, and updates to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with feedback collection and help identify areas of improvement in guest service. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, particularly via live chat or other digital communication platforms. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage and assist guests professionally. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once. Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer inquiries and concerns. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service platforms or live chat tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
