Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Assist employees with system and application-related issues, including password resets and basic software support. Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches on company computers and mobile devices. Maintain and track IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and inventory management. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or higher IT support. Follow company IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data. Create and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for common IT issues.

The pay is anywhere between $18 – $36 an hour depending on experience (40 hour work week)
