You will be traveling to client businesses in the Bay Area as the face of Foxcove, an IT solution for businesses that don’t have their own IT department. You will be traveling and providing hands-on support to clients, with lots of opportunities to learn and grow your IT expertise. You will facilitate onboarding with clients, collaborate with follow engineers and managers, document issues and utilize ticketing systems, troubleshoot, and even provide similar support remotely. They are looking for someone who wants to expand their knowledge rapidly, and has knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and other Windows products like Azure. You should have strong communication skills and customer service skills, problem-solving skills, curiosity. Experience with ticketing systems and a reliable vehicle for travel is also expected. Salary is $75,000 – $80,000 / yr.
