Credit Acceptance has an opening for a full-time, remote, entry-level, Dealer Enrollment Specialist. Pay starts at $18.75/hr – $22/hr.
The purpose of the Dealer Enrollment Specialist position is to:
- Consistently, and efficiently review and process Dealer Enrollment Packages in accordance with established company policies.
- Process dealer change requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist as needed in processing documents submitted under the Document Submission Process.
- Support additional corporate legal requests.

Requirements:
- High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Experience using Excel and Word.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and articulately on the telephone
- Document records clearly and efficiently
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge learned
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to be able to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate urgency and initiative
