Responsibilities:

· Conduct customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chats for customers needing customer support assistance in a remote setting

· Responding quickly to customer inquiries in a timely manner, remotely

· Ability to resolve customer inquiries via. phone calls, live chat, and emails, remotely

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbally

· Ability to multitask

· Capable of remaining calm when customers are upset or stressed during phone calls, live chats, and email communication, remotely

· Comfortable using computers in a remote setting
