Join our Front Office Team as an Overnight Front Office Host! We’re seeking an individual who thrives on connecting people and sharing their passion and knowledge of the local area. If you’re energized by creating memorable experiences and believe in delivering exceptional hotel service with spontaneity and authenticity, we want you on our team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications or the ability to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities or guest needs.
- Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other amenities to provide guests with helpful recommendations and assistance.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
