We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal role for someone who loves interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product/service codes and terminology.
• Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.
