These are some of the duties you will have.
- Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Document all technical procedures and solutions in the remedy system for future reference.
