IT Support Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

Tech Hospitality Inc. seeks an IT Technician to assist clients, and perform entry-level IT work. They offer the required training, on top of qualifications the candidate brings, such as experience in tech support and customer service, excellent verbal and communication skills, high level of expertise in PC hardware and Windows installation and troubleshooting, familiarity with TCP/IP networking, proficient in resolving hardware issues with PCs and servers, experience with installing network printers and troubleshooting printing operation, ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You will be assisting team members with on-site installations and equipment programming of WiFi access points, surveillance cameras, and VoIP phones, assisting senior team members with implementing IT projects, such as enterprise switches, VLANs and firewall appliances, as well as large-scale wireless networks, VMWare private cloud servers, backup systems, and Office365. You will also be asked to provide Windows desktop, network, and mobile device support to clients via on-site visits, remotely, and over the phone. The salary is $55,000 / yr.
