This is a computer technician position at GroupOne Consulting (GSES), a fast-growing IT company. A driver’s license is required for this position. You will be troubleshooting PC/laptop issues, cloning hard drives, configuring and repairing equipment both remotely and on-site, resolving software and wifi issues, resolving printer issues, and tracking time and service tickets. You should be able to assist with tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Two years experience in customer service is preferred. The pay rate is $20.00 – $31.00 / hr.
