The Technology Service Center (TSC) is responsible for managing day-to-day support tickets and service requests, providing end-user support for systems and applications, and escalating incidents as needed. The position focuses on resolving end-user issues quickly, achieving first call resolution (FCR), and handling incident assignment and submission efficiently.

- Deploy and maintain computer, IP phone, scanner, and other peripherals.
- Basic network printing support.
- Build, maintain, and image desktop hardware and replace or upgrade legacy hardware.
- Test new applications and operating systems for compatibility.
