The Technology Service Center (TSC) is responsible for managing day-to-day support tickets and service requests, providing end-user support for systems and applications, and escalating incidents as needed. The position focuses on resolving end-user issues quickly, achieving first call resolution (FCR), and handling incident assignment and submission efficiently.

These are some of the responsibilities you will have at the job.

  1. Deploy and maintain computer, IP phone, scanner, and other peripherals.
  2. Basic network printing support.
  3. Build, maintain, and image desktop hardware and replace or upgrade legacy hardware.
  4. Test new applications and operating systems for compatibility.
