These are some of the responsibilities you will have on the job
- Provide technical support and peace of mind for Anchor Point clients on the phone and via email.
- Drive to client offices and help them in person.
- Resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues and manage service request queues, document time spent and strong note taking skills.
