IT Service Desk Associate (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

Frank Rimerman and Co LLP is a firm providing specialized services to technology companies, investment firms, and wineries. They are looking for someone to provide technical support to executives and VIPs, as well as end-users. You may be expected to provide assistance with emergency IT services, but you will also log and troubleshoot general hardware and software issues, both on site and remotely. You may coordinate with external vendors, and also collaborate with IT teams. They expect some experience working with executives or VIPs, technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, experience with AV equipment, Teams, and other Microsoft technologies such as CoPilot. You will need to carry IT equipment, and be able to crawl or kneel for various installations. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred. Pay rate is $27.00 – $35.00 / hr.
