Here is an in person IT helpdesk position in Redwood City on Dice. You will provide technical support to end-users, handling service requests and incident management during business hours with flexibility to support non- business hours as and when required. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues.

Pay: The pay is a one year contract and the hourly rate is anywhere between: $50-$55 and hour.
