Here is an in person IT helpdesk position in Arroyo Grande on Indeed. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting and assistance to clients in person, phone and or remotely if necessary. You will document every support ticket you create and precisely document how you helped the client in their tech support case. You will perform tech support on various types of devices like desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and even mobile devices. You will also need to travel using a company provided vehicle. The job requires 2 years of IT experience and be able to drive like having a driver’s license.
The pay is anywhere between: $23-$26 and hour.
