Here is an in person IT helpdesk position in Irvine California on Indeed. Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT support and procedural documentation. Respond to ticket, email and telephone support requests. Assist with creating new users for internal employees. Provide technical support for proprietary software and supporting scheduled tasks. Ordering, purchasing, and inventory. Install and configure computers and other related equipment. Assisting users with basic network-related issues, such as Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, or troubleshooting local network issues. Escalating advanced issues in a timely manner.
The pay is anywhere between: $25-$30 an hour (40 hour work week)
