Job Description
The role of the Intake Caller is vital to the success of Jacoby & Meyers. This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance. “I have been injured in a car accident – how do I get to work?” “How do I get my kids to school?” That’s where you fit in.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Empathetic, caring, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Fluency in the use of computer systems including email programs, internet usage, customer relationship management systems, and proven ability to apply computer skills to new systems
- Legal industry background preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Spanish fluency is highly desirable
