Hybrid PT: Community Engagement Specialist, Concord, CA

Part-time position supporting community engagement efforts at PCFMA’s farmers markets. The role involves developing and implementing educational events, fostering relationships with local social service agencies, and managing volunteers. Responsibilities include tracking project success in Salesforce, assisting with grant-funded project budgets, and representing PCFMA at community events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, event planning experience, and knowledge of California agriculture are preferred. The position requires weekend and potentially early morning or evening work, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
