Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory. Support and troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, and resolutions. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive end-user experience.
The pay is anywhere between $18-$35 an hour depending on experience (40 hour work week.
