You will be working as a Software Support Specialist, providing tech support to users or escalating inquiries to other departments. You will record and report issues, understand the product suite, and document work activity. You are expected to have experience with Windows, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office or a related Suite such as Google Workspace, and you should have an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. The pay rate for this position is $22 – $24 / hr.
