Help Desk Specialist II (Full-Time, Remote)

The responsibilities include analyzing or resolving issue tickets via phone or email, providing desktop support for desktop software, hardware, and peripherals, communicate work logs and documentation, escalate issues through ticketing, meet all standards of productivity and customer satisfaction, and handle assigned requests in a timely manner. Qualifications for this role include customer service excellence, strong communication skills and organizational skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work under supervision, ability to attend shifts or provide advanced notice, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule to support their continuous 24/7 service.
