Here is an in person helpdesk position in Sacramento California on Dice. You will be efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications. Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records. Provide immediate technical assistance to users through various communication channels such as phone and email. Address and resolve routine technical issues related to Apple devices including macOS and iOS devices. Keep detailed records of all support interactions and solutions provided. Undertake inventory management and purchasing tasks as necessary. Provide assistance with scripting tasks as needed.
The pay is anywhere between $30-$33 an hour (40 hour work week)
