This is what I believe someone would need for this job.

1. Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, O365, and Azure and Familiarity with infrastructure equipment (switches, firewalls).

2. being willing to suggest IT improvements for organizational benefit.

3. Conduct preventative maintenance for workstations, printers, and peripherals.

These are my thoughts on this job.

It does ask for a degree, but as far as I’ve seen, not having one won’t hurt your chances.
