A Guest Services Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing meeting spaces, setting up and maintaining audio-visual equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in all guest areas. They provide direct support to guests, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all needs are met for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Additionally, they assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails, compiling guest evaluations, and strategizing with the Guest Groups Director to achieve departmental goals. This role may also require being on call for after-hours emergencies and assisting in other operational areas such as housekeeping, food service, and maintenance as needed. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to hospitality are key components of this position.
Day shift, evenings and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $18 to $24 an hour
