uest Services Specialists (GSS) provide culturally appropriate, trauma-informed services to residents of the Eddy Street Apartments (ESA). GSS are frontline responders and are responsible for the daily operations of the building. They support guests’ health, safety, and well-being, provide supportive counseling, resources, information, outreach, and individual and systemic advocacy. The nature of work requires sustained physical effort involving standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
