The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through warm greetings, attentive service, and efficient handling of guest needs and conflicts. They manage front desk operations, including check-ins, move-outs, reservations, property tours, and event coordination. The ambassador ensures the cleanliness and safety of studios and public areas by conducting regular inspections and responding to emergencies per company procedures. They also contribute to revenue generation by executing sales and lead management strategies, maintaining studio inventory, and promoting ancillary offerings. The role requires adherence to brand standards and operational policies, accurate documentation of activities, and the ability to respond effectively to guest concerns. Additional duties include laundry maintenance and cross-training across non-management roles to support team operations as needed.
Listed pay is: $21.29 to $21.30 an hour.
