As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out, while providing helpful information about the resort and nearby attractions. You’ll manage reservations and inquiries both in person and over the phone, promptly address guest concerns, and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards. Additionally, you’ll support sales at the Camp Store and help manage inventory to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Night shift, M-F and weekends/holidays.
Listed pay is: $18-$20 an hour.
